As an Administrator, you can use the Workers' page to browse and manage your worker's accounts.

You can find workers based on their workflow status, and filter by steps assigned, a contractor, your main categories, and your work sites. You can also search for a worker by their name.

You don't need to be on the Workers' page to search for a worker, you can use the main search bar (which is at the top of every Sitepass page) to search for a particular contractor.

Refining your results

There are many ways to refine the results on your page by using the search filters. These filters enable you to search for a contractor based on:

Workflow Status
You can use this option to keep track of workers that fall into a certain category, for example, you might have a process that requires you to follow up with workers that have an Incomplete status; knowing that they need to move their status forward to be authorised to work onsite.
Options: All, Approved, Conditional, Declined, Incomplete, Pending, Ready, and Submitted.
Default: All
The steps your business has set up within Configuration -> Workflow Steps.
Options: Your business's workflow steps.
Default: All
Allows you to select specific contractors; these are the companies that employ the workers.
Options: Any contractor you are connected to.
Default: All
Main Category
Allows you to select from the list of your main categories; these are the categories that you (or another Site Administrator for your business) have set up.
Options: Any category set up by you (or by another Site Administrator for your business)
Default: All
Work Sites
Allows you to filter contractors by their connection to a particular work site.
Options: Shows a list of all your work sites.
Default: All

More Filters

The More Filters section provides you with additional filters. More Filters is situated next to the Options drop-down - an example is provided below: 

When you select a filter option from the More Filters drop-down, that filter option is added to the page. You can then use the drop-down next to that filter to choose or input your required parameters, for example: 

The filters details for the More Filters drop-down are as follows:

AddressAllows you to filter workers by their address.
Contact DetailsAllows you to filter workers by their contact details, for example, their phone number or email address.
Registration DateAllows you to filter workers by their Sitepass registration date.
Sub CategoryAllows you to filter workers by their sub-category, for example, the degree of risk of the work being provided or the type of service being provided.
Workflow Step StatusAllows you to filter workers by their workflow step status, for example, approved, declined, or pending.

Options: Grid or List view

You can change how your results appear on the page. You can view the results in Grid or List view. To do so, go to the Options button and select the type of view you require:

There is a Columns drop-down that lets you select which columns appear in your list. The Columns drop-down is next to the Options drop-down. The columns that are ticked on appear in your list. An example of the Columns drop-down is provided below:

Reset all filters

The Reset all filters feature allows you to remove all filters from the page, which takes you back to the unfiltered results. 

Sitepass retains your selected filters when switching between pages. If you would like the page to return all the results, then remember to click the Reset all filters option when returning to the page.

Save search

You can set the search filters to return certain results. You can then save that set of filters under one search option.

My searches

You can access your saved contractor searches in the My Searches drop-down list, for example:

To bring up the results for a particular search, got to the My searches drop-down and select the required search.

You can remove a search from the list or rename a search by going to the My searches drop-down and selecting the Manage searches option; this opens the Manage saved searches panel, for example: 

From here, you can delete an option by clicking the Remove button.

 A Delete search warning appears, select the Yes, proceed! button to delete the search.

RENAME: To rename a search, click in the name field and start typing. Clicking out of the field saves your changes.
