As a Client account Administrator, you can gain an overview of your Billing information from the Dashboard. An example is provided below: 

The data provided in this article is not a reflection of our pricing, this is only a guide as to the type of information you can see when viewing your billing details. If you have any pricing questions, please contact us or refer to our Pricing page for our specific pricing details.

You can also open your Billing page by going to Configuration and then by selecting the Billing option:

The Billing page lets you manage your billing-related information via three tabs, which allow you to move directly to that section of the form. The sections and the tabs are as follows:  


  •  
  •   1.  Plan Details 
    •   2.  Coupons
      •   3.  Invoices


Plan Details

Under Plan Details, you can view the details of your plan; this section is split into three areas: Connections, Support Plan, and Payment Method. You can also edit or add your payment method here.

Estimation banner

There is a banner at the bottom of the Plan Details' section that shows your estimated connection cost for the current month. A link within the banner allows you to view a summary of your upcoming bill, with the prices listed to date. An example of the banner is shown below:

Coupons

The Coupons section shows you if any discount coupons have been applied to your connection plan. You can remove coupons, enter coupon codes, and redeem coupons here. An example of this section is shown below:

Invoices

Under your Invoices, you can see a summary of your invoices, open an invoice, and select an option that lets you pay an invoice. The invoice number, due date, amount due, and status appear against each invoice. All paid invoices have a Paid status. Unpaid invoices have an Open status. An example of the Invoices' section is shown below:

Overdue Accounts

Please note, that if you have an overdue account, you will be presented with an Account Suspended pop-up when you log in - as shown below:


You can either pay your account or log out via this pop-up. Please note that if your account is suspended, the only Sitepass page you can access is the Billing Details page.
