The Workflow Requirements page, which is available via Configuration, enables an Administrator to set the parameters that ensure all the necessary data is collected in Sitepass from a supplier or a supplier worker connected to your business.

You can add workflow requirements for each role, edit your requirements, and select multiple categories and multiple sub-categories to be associated with your requirement.

Supplier - Workflow Requirements

Here is an example of how the workflow requirements could be set up for your business against a supplier:
A supplier is contracted to provide work on a building. The service they are providing is a high risk. Based on the high-risk setting, this business is required to complete the business details, contact details, insurances, and work health and safety Workflow Steps, which are defined under your Workflow Requirements. These steps ensure that the information necessary for this type of work is captured. In addition, as part of the mandatory workflow requirements, this supplier needs to upload their public liability and product liability insurance policies. Once all of these workflow requirements are complete, the account can be verified by your Administrator.

Worker - Workflow Requirements

Here is an example of how the workflow requirements could be set up for your business against a supplier worker:
The same supplier mentioned above is sending one of their workers to your high-risk site. Based on the high-risk setting, the supplier worker needs to pass the induction training, provide their licences, provide a medical assessment, and finish on-the-job training; these steps are defined under your Workflow Requirements. Once all of these workflow requirements are complete, the supplier worker's account can be verified by your Administrator.

Default Workflow Requirements

You can create a default set of supplier and supplier worker workflow requirements. The purpose of the default set workflow requirements is to ensure all of your business's basic requirements are covered. The supplier default can then be assigned to all suppliers to complete and the supplier worker default can then be assigned to all supplier workers to complete. This saves you from having to include your basic requirements in every workflow requirement you create.
