Introduction to Worksites
A worksite is either the actual location of a business or of where that business is temporarily located. A business can have multiple locations - for example, a bank may have several branches, each with its own physical location. An example of a temporary worksite is where a construction company has set up a non-permanent workplace for an onsite project.
All of your worksites are listed when you land on the Worksites page. Each listing contains the name and address of the worksite. You can add worksites by using thebutton. You can also search for a worksite by its name or by its address.
Opening a worksite allows you to edit it and see which contractors, workers, and team members are connected to your worksite.
When you open a worksite, the page contains the following submenus:
The Details submenu displays an overview of your worksite. It shows the worksite's address, phone number, and email address. It also lists your Worksite Managers for that worksite. Clicking on a Worksite Manager provides you with that person's contact details.
You can also edit your worksite via this submenu by selecting the + Edit worksite button.
Asection displays in the Details submenu if the Sitepasss Visitor Management System (VMS) is enabled for the business and it is turned on for that worksite; this shows the number of people who have checked in to that site via Sitepass VMS. The button is also displayed, which allows you to access the VMS data for that worksite.
The My team submenu shows which of your team members are connected to that worksite. You can also see the Workflow status of each team member here; clicking on a team member takes you to their Workflow page.
The Contractors submenu shows which of your contractors are connected to that worksite. You can also see the Workflow status of each contractor here; clicking on a contractor takes you to their Workflow page.
The Workers submenu shows which of your contractors' workers are connected to that worksite. You can also see the Workflow status of each worker here; clicking on a worker takes you to their Workflow page.
