You can use the My Profile option in Sitepass to access and update the details under your personal profile. For example, from here you can update your photo, change your password, see your notifications, and download your Sitepass ID card.

General Information

There are four ways to access your personal profile; they are as follows:

  1. Go to the left index menu and select My profile.
  2. You can click on your profile picture (your photo ID), which is in the top-right-hand corner of your screen.  A drop-down appears, select the Edit profile option. 
  3. You can click on your business's logo, also in the top-right-hand corner of your screen (next to your photo ID). A drop-down appears, select the  Edit profile option. 
  4. You can access your profile via the Dashboard, to do so, please follow the steps provided below.
    1. Go to the Dashboard.
    2. Go to the My Profile section, which is situated in the top left-hand corner of your page.
    3. Click on your name
