You can use the My Profile option in Sitepass to access and update the details under your personal profile. For example, you can update your photo, change your password, see your notifications, and download your Sitepass ID card under your profile.

General Information

There are three ways to access your personal profile; they are as follows:

  1. You can click on your profile picture (your photo ID), which is in the top-right-hand corner of your screen. 
  2. You can click on your business's logo in the top-right-hand corner of your screen (next to your photo ID). A drop-down appears, select the Edit profile option. 
  3. You can access your profile via the Dashboard, to do so, please follow the steps provided below.
    1. Go to the Dashboard.
    2. The My Profile option is situated in the top-left corner.
    3. Click on the Edit button within the My Profile section.
