The Workflow Wizard helps you get started on a worker's workflow - the one they need to complete for your business. You can access this wizard on the workflow page for that worker. 

You may have noticed the wizard opening automatically when you click on a worker; this occurs when the wizard has not yet been completed. The following article is about how to open the Workflow Wizard manually.

For the Workflow Wizard to pop up and for the Workflow Wizard option to appear, your business needs to have set up at least one of the following: worker categories or one or more worksites.

Please note that if you only have worksites set up and the contractor has not connected to any of those work sites, then the wizard does not display for the worker.

Steps - Opening the Workflow Wizard manually

  1. Log in to Sitepass.
  2. Select Workers from the left index.
    This opens the Workers page.

  1. Find and select the required worker. 
  2. When the Workflows page opens for that worker, go to the top right-hand corner of your page and select the Workflow Wizard option. An example is provided below:

When the Wizard opens, you can edit it as you see fit. The options that may be available to you are as follows:

  • Pick workflow categories
  • Remove workflow categories
  • Add a work role
  • Pick work sites
  • Remove work sites
