Send a connection request to a disconnected supplier
You can send a connection request to a disconnected supplier. You can find your disconnected suppliers in your Suppliers' page by using the Connection Status filter.
Steps - Use the Connect option against a disconnected supplier
To connect a send a connection request to a disconnected supplier, please follow these steps:

Log in to Sitepass as an Administrator.
Work Site Managers can see disconnected suppliers, but only Administrators can send a connection request to a disconnected supplier.
- Click on the Suppliers' option in the left index.

When the Suppliers' page opens, find disconnected suppliers by going to
the Connected Status' filter drop-down and selecting
Disconnected.
To focus on only disconnected suppliers, untick the Connected and Connection Pending options in the Connected Status' filter drop-down. An example is provided below:
To disconnect a supplier, you need to view your Suppliers' page in Grid mode.
If you have a long list of suppliers, you can search for the one you need by using the search filters.

Go to the supplier; this is the disconnected supplier that you would like to connect to. Hover over their logo.

A context menu (three little dots) appears in the top right-hand corner of their logo. Click on that menu.

An option to connect appears. Click on Connect to send a connection request to that supplier. An example of the connect option is provided below:

A connection request confirmation appears letting you know that your request has been sent to the supplier - for example:
Click OK to close the confirmation box.
The supplier now has a Connection Pending status. An example is provided below:
Congratulations! You have sent a connection request to a disconnected supplier.
