Navigating the Contractors' page

  • Last updated on April 30, 2020 at 6:03 AM

As an Client Account Administrator, you can use the My Contractors' page to browse, manage, and verify your contractor accounts.

You can add contractors, search for a contractor by name, and find contractors based on their workflow status. You can also see the connection status for all your contractors and filter contractors by a connected or connection pending status. In addition, you can narrow your search by filtering your contractor by steps, work sites, and by the main category that the contractor belongs to.

You don't need to be on the Contractor' page to search for a contractor, you can use the quick search bar (which is at the top of every Sitepass page) to search for a particular contractor.

An example of the Contractors' page in Grid view is provided below:

Add a contractor

Selecting the Add a contractor button enables you to invite a contractor to join Sitepass. You can also use this option to connect to an existing Sitepass contractor.
