A worksite is either the actual location of a business or of where that business is temporarily located. A business can have multiple locations - for example, a bank may have several branches, each with its own physical location. An example of a temporary work site is where a construction company has set up a non-permanent workplace for an onsite project.

You might be employed to work at several locations for your employer; this may also include working onsite at a client's worksite.

As an Administration, you can connect your business to a client's worksite. Once connected, your employees can connect to that worksite.

Steps - Connect to your client's worksite

To connect to your client's worksite, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Sitepass as an Administrator.
  2. Click on the Clients option in the left-hand pane.
    This opens the Clients page.

  3. Find the desired client and click on their business; this opens the selected business's workflow page.

  4. Go to the Manage section and click on the Connected worksites submenu.

The client's work sites appear on the page.

Unconnected worksites have a + Connect option.

Connected worksites do not have a + Connect option.
  1. Find the desired worksite and click the + Connect button against that worksite.

A successfully connected notification displays at the bottom of your page, for example:

If there are no work sites available, please contact the client's business representative. When you are successfully connected, your workflow requirements might be updated based on the selected work site.
